Covid-19 Update

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some of our overseas brands are experiencing delays in production and shipping on certain products. Please be aware that this may affect order times. If you'd like clarification on specific products or brands please feel free to email us at hello@bossybitch.co.uk

Please note Bossy Bitch is UK company and UK customers will NOT pay any additional charges associated with customs imports/ VAT to those shown as the retail prices online. These are borne by Utility as part of our import process. There has been a great deal in the media about this recently but this relates to people who have purchased from retailers who are not based in the UK and, as a result of orders being delivered post Brexit, now have to pay customs duty and VAT. Similarly, whilst we are shipping to the EU, customers based on those countries will have to pay their own rate of VAT and customs duty - if applicable.

We have been working closely with our delivery partners DPD, and Royal Mail, who likewise have been working hard to ensure the safety of their teams. For customers self-isolating, instructions can be left directly with DPD should you wish us to leave your delivery in a safe place.

Please note: DPD couriers have informed us that due to the volume of orders they're handling at the moment, their usual next working day delivery service may be delayed by 1-2 days.
