Delivery & returns
We hope your items will reach you in excellent condition. We will do everything we can to ensure your items arrive with you safely. If an item does arrive damaged please take a photo of it and get in touch with us immediately at returns@bossybitch.com.
We only currently deliver to the UK. Delivery costs to mainland UK are included in the prices shown on individual products.
Refund Policy
We really hope that you love the products you buy via Bossy Bitch However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase then you have 14 days to return it (in its original condition and packaging) for a refund or exchange unless faulty or damaged.
Please note however:
- Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty, or arrive damaged or broken.
- Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
- Perishable items are non-refundable.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds include the original cost of delivery and payment charges but unless an item arrived damaged or broken, you will be responsible for the return delivery cost.
Please note: Products are your responsibility until they reach the brand again so please always ask for proof of postage.
If you wish to return an item please get in touch with your order details and state the reason for the return. We will arrange for you to send it back directly to the brand. If you have any questions please contact hello@bossybitch.com and we will be very happy to assist you.
